For the web or for print, all writing should be:
- Targeted -- Know your audience. Make them think you have a window into their soul.
- Compelling -- Nothing has to be boring. Calculating
the viscosity of motor oil can be fascinating, if you do
it right.
- To the point -- If you can say it in 10 words,
don't use 50.
