This email lets owners of a new phone model know that MightyPhone does not support their phone -- yet. As part of my review I determined that customer alerts were needed -- allowing users to get notification when their particular phone or carrier was supported. I also created the dynamic webform that processed these customer requests.

MightyPhone supports the synchronization of contacts, calendar events, tasks and notes from a web application (MightyPhone Web) or PC organizer application (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes). Unfortunately, the synchronization of *requested feature* is not supported at this time.

Explanation of trial version
Explains the MightyPhone Basic trial, as well as the difference between the Basic and Pro versions.

The purpose of MightyPhone Basic trial is to let you explore what MightyPhone has to offer. MightyPhone Basic lets you manage your phone's calendar, address book, notes and tasks using our MightyPhone Web application. You can also schedule sync reminders to be sent to your phone via SMS. Information is wirelessly synchronized - whenever you need it - between MightyPhone Web and your phone.

There is no time limit on the trial; however, you are limited to 10 modifications of the information you store on the MightyPhone Web application. The changes on your phone are unlimited.

Connection to your PC comes with MightyPhone Pro, which is available as an upgrade. MightyPhone Pro includes all the features of MightyPhone Basic, plus you can sync data with your PC organizer application, such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. In addition, you can customize conflict resolution and have changes automatically synchronized - every time you make a change.

Outlook 2003 support
Describes support options for Microsoft Outlook 2003.

MightyPhone Pro supports the use of:

* Microsoft Outlook 98/2000/XP,
* Microsoft Outlook Express version 5.x and newer
* Lotus Notes version 5.0.x and newer
* Lotus Organizer version 6.0

Microsoft Outlook 2003 is a beta version, and we cannot officially support a beta version. We do have a history of successful synchronizations by customers using Outlook 2003 beta. However, as a beta version, unexpected error messages and problems may occur.
