- Playtime for Puppy
These are from July. =) I know, I'm bad. I've been busy with a new job and freelance work! Anyway, these are mostly silly playtime snapshots.

- The Pearly Gazes
Welcome to Adventures In Puppysitting! These were taken over Memorial Day weekend, and with one exception, they are all of our baby Pearl. She played. She chewed. She conquered and promptly went to sleep. =)
- Introducing Pearl!
Welcome to our newest bundle of joy - Pearl, Wonderpuppy to the stars! The world is our oyster and this is our pearl of cuteness. She is a 8 week old Shih Tzu-Poodle cross, and these are pics from day 1 and 2. More pictures soon!
- They Came From Minnesota
In early April, Joe (old friend of Min's) and his partner Mark came out to visit us from Snowsville, Minnesota. Seriously - after a week here of gorgeous sunny weather, they were heading back to newly fallen snow. We couldn't hang out too much since they were mostly here during the week, but here are a few pics from our roadtrip to Monterey, the Saturday before they left.
- SF Bay - March 2004
Our house is getting repainted/re-everything'd, so we're going to be getting out a bit the next few weekends or so. We went up to the city and spent some time along the Embarcadero... sort of an impromptu anniversary extension. =)
- Misty Mendocino
Min and I went to the coastal village of Mendocino for a late Valentines'/early wedding anniversary trip last month. Was supposed to rain the whole time (not that we would have minded staying in our deliciously cozy room! ;-) but instead it was a nice mix of fog and sunbreaks. Plus an unexpected jaunt to Cloverdale, apparently home to some interesting buildings.
- Murals of the Mission
In late January, Min and I went to San Francisco's Mission district to check out its famous murals, have some good food and do a little shopping. Although we saw lots of fun and funky things that day, these pics are just of the murals, which are amazing! Most of them are kind of wide so you may need to adjust your screen. ;-)
2003
- Christmas 2003
My sister Katie, husband Jake and good friend Matt all came up for the holidays and we had a blast! Played games, drove along the coast, thru the mountains and were generally silly everywhere we went.
- Harvest Time!
These pics have us going to a local craft fair, the SJV fair, and decorating our house - what else is new? All from around November last year. What can I say? I got busy and haven't posted for a while. o:-)
- Ooooo Spooky!
Happy Halloween! We're decked out like usual. Also a few pics from a visit to SF. Enjoy!
- Safari West
For my birthday, my baby took me to Safari West, a wildlife preserve for endangered species. We got to see lots of baby animals including giraffes and lemurs - even got to pet a lemur! Super cool. Also we went for a drive over to the coast and went to our favorite glass-sculpturer up above Bodega Bay.
- Katie & Jake's visit to California!
Katie (my sis) and her fiancee Jake came out to visit us in July. We scooted up to SF and saw some cool art, hiked up and down the hills, and generally goofed off. Also there are some shots from our Monterey trip.

We also went to Monterey and scored some tix to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. There are a ton of FABULOUS jellyfish shots by my baby. Enjoy!
- Wilma & Vanessa's visit to California!
Wilma is Min's sister, Vanessa is Wilma's daughter, and we did some treppin when they visited earlier this year. The four of us cruised along Hwy 1, through Pidgeon Point, up to SF and on a fabulous lil bay cruise. Great shots of the ocean and city!
- The "Whale" Watching trip
I think I saw one or two spout sprays. However, I got a few good shots of the Santa Cruz Harbor marina/lighthouse!
- March 2003 anniversary trip to SF
For our wedding anniversary we went to SF, one of our favorite cities, and much silliness and pretty drives commenced. Check out the cool sand art, shot from the Cliff House!
- May 2003 anniversary trip to Monterey
For our hooking up anniversary ;-) we went to one of our other favorite cities, Monterey, for biking, scrabble, seals and sunburns. Also did some driving in Carmel Valley's underbelly for variety.

In case you didn't know, a) we recently moved to San Jose and b) Penny
is the sweet older woman who has a cottage behind our house, so that's
why there's pics of her place too.

That's pronounced dole-chay, for those of you who are Italian-challenged. ;-)
